Dustin Adkins, an SDSU double alumnus and MPA graduate, continues to serve his campus community as Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement after helping establish the university’s Basic Needs Center.

Dustin Adkins holds bachelor's degrees in economics and sociology from San Diego State University, and is graduating with his Master of Public Administration degree this spring. Originally from Grover Beach, California, Dustin has been in San Diego for close to nine years now.

After graduating in 2020, he immediately began working for his alma mater within the Economic Crisis Response Team where he helped to build the SDSU Basic Needs Center. Dustin recently made the move to SDSU Alumni where he serves as the Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement, overseeing alumni chapters and volunteerism efforts.
