Mr. Blaine Bowman
Judge Bowman has served on the bench for over ten years presiding over a wide variety of criminal cases including murder, sex crimes, and violent felonies. Prior to taking the bench he was a Deputy District Attorney for 18 years and conducted over 120 criminal jury trials including 20 homicide trials. During this time, he taught at the San Diego Regional Police Academy and the National College of District Attorneys. Judge Bowman has been a Lecturer at SDSU since 1996 and teaches Criminal Law in the Spring and Fall.
